Thank you for visiting 1st Wellness website. We are a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic providing full acupuncture service and Chinese herbs. Acupuncturists at 1st Wellness have many years of experience in treating a wide variety of health problems here in the United States and in China.

We are committed to promote your optimum health and well-being providing you with high quality service. We will assist you in resolving your health problems focusing your specific health issues and concerns. We regard each patient as a unique individual with his/her own history and health problems. The time for consultation and acupuncture treatments are designed to meet each person’s particular needs.

 Our clinic accepts Regence, Kaiser, First Choice, Premera, BlueCross BlueShield,   LifeWise, United Health Care, Uniform, Aetna, Humana and many other health insurances. We also accept automobile accident insurance and WA state L&I.

 How to dress: Most patients can dress in their usual clothing for treatments. If the patient’s clothing is too tight and/or inflexible, it may be necessary to change into a gown.

Time to arrive: It is suggested that patients arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out preliminary paperwork.

Preliminary Paperwork: Patients are required to fill out three forms before their acupuncture session can begin. The forms consist of information such as: the patient’s full name, contact info, insurance info, and medical history. There is also a form to sign regarding informed consent and other policies. Please bring your insurance card to the first treatment so that the front desk manager can obtain a copy for our records.  MORE
